iPhone OS 8.3?

New phone. Game over, have to push home button and app icon to start new game each time. Very annoying! Anyone else? Also, cant play game while talking on phone--frustrating during tedious conversations (and thats how strung out I am on this game). Not a problem on my 4G phone.
