Sextuple Word Challenge

Love the game. Its my favorite word game, however, its currently stuck on "start new game." Wont let me proceed. Is there something wrong with the app? Please check it out. I miss the game. Tried the Lite version/same problem. I have the full version. Please fix it. Thank you!!!
